We’re excited to get your order to you and your pets! Below you’ll find details about our shipping process.


📦 Processing Times

  • Print-on-Demand (Printify items): Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Dropshipping items (AutoDS partners): Processing times vary by supplier but typically take 2–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


🌍 Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Delivery can take 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Please note: Some items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers (e.g., a custom shirt + a toy).


💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary by product and destination.

  • From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions (watch our homepage or social media for announcements).


📦 Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking details once shipped.

  • If tracking says “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.


🚨 Delays & Exceptions

  • Customs, weather, or carrier delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery times.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout may result in failed delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reship orders due to customer error in the address.
