We’re excited to get your order to you and your pets! Below you’ll find details about our shipping process.

Print-on-Demand (Printify items): Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Dropshipping items (AutoDS partners): Processing times vary by supplier but typically take 2–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
International Orders: Delivery can take 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Please note: Some items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers (e.g., a custom shirt + a toy).

Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary by product and destination.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions (watch our homepage or social media for announcements).

All orders include tracking details once shipped.
If tracking says “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.

Customs, weather, or carrier delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery times.
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout may result in failed delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reship orders due to customer error in the address.
