🐾 The Paw Haven – Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pets!) to love your order from The Paw Haven. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our policy below.


✅ Order Issues & Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thepawhaventeam@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll work with our suppliers (AutoDS/Printify) to send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are custom-made or print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.


🔄 Returns (If Eligible)

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged/incorrect.

  • Returns must be in unused, original condition and shipped back within 14 days of approval.


📦 Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier and our suppliers to resolve the issue.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, a store credit or replacement item may be offered instead of a refund.

Note: This policy is designed to align with our fulfillment partners (TopDawg & Printify), who produce and ship products on demand. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges outside the conditions listed above.
